2. How long does it take to become a driving instructor?

Yes. We offer flexible daytime, evening and weekend appointments, allowing many trainees to continue working while completing their instructor training.
5. What are the requirements to become a driving instructor?
To apply, you must normally:

Yes. We provide guidance, recommended study resources and advice to help you prepare confidently for the DVSA Part 1 Theory Test.

Yes. Part 3 is where many trainees need the most support. We provide structured coaching, mock assessments and honest feedback to help you develop your instructional skills.
13. What if I need extra training?
No problem. Every trainee learns at a different pace. If you need additional training, we'll recommend the areas to focus on before booking your next DVSA test.
14. Can I join Aceway after qualifying?
Yes. Subject to availability and meeting our standards, qualified instructors may have the opportunity to join Aceway Driving School as part of our instructor team.
15. Will I receive learner enquiries?
If you join the Aceway franchise after qualifying, learner enquiries may be provided subject to demand and the area you cover. We'll discuss this in more detail if you decide to join us.
